Sailor's Choice is seeking a Floor Manager with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience. Floor Managers are an integral part of our collaborative front-of-house team, helping to create exceptional guest experiences and earning industry leading tips.
The Floor Manager is an ambassador to our community and is ultimately responsible for ensuring an elevated level of customer service. This position reports to the General Manager and assists them in the daily oversight of all Front of House operations.
The Floor Manager is a role model, leader, and problem solver who can make informed decisions and manage the workforce in a timely and thoughtful manner. The Floor Manager must care for guests through a hospitable presence on the floor and through coaching and management of the Front of House staff.
